We are upgrading our application, document tracking, and profile management system!
To eliminate recent website technical issues and keep your data highly secure, Wildland Registry LLC is moving all file management off our website. We are transitioning our onboarding and secure document storage over to Box.com.
For Firefighters (Active & Prospective)
No More Website Logins: We are removing the login and profile function from this website.
New Applicants: You will only need to complete an online form one time when you originally apply to work with us. Fill out our new application here: Firefighter Application
Once we review and approve your application, we will send you a secure link to your personal, private Box.com folder.
Active/Current Firefighters: Check your email! You will receive a direct invitation to your private Box.com folder. Moving forward, please upload all new or missing trainings, certs, and Red/Orange Cards directly to that folder.
For Private Contractors (Current & Prospective)
One-Time Interest Form: New contractors only need to complete our interest form once to get into our database: Contractor Interest Form.
Future Updates & Manifests: All future dispatch requests, vehicle list adjustments, and crew manifest updates will be handled directly via email and your assigned Box.com folder. Active contractors will receive an email invitation to their private Box folder shortly.
